CLC offers Brokers yield spread premium (YSP) on selected products. Our commercial loan amounts start at $150,000 for selected property types and go up from there. First mortgages are offered for both owner occupied and non owner occupied commercial properties in all 50 states. Brokers also have access to our Non-Branded Rates and Matrix that can be used as a hand out with the broker's business card attached to them.
